What it says on the back:

Limited edition laser cel

Limited edition of 23,345

This document certifies that this laser cel is an authentic, first edition collectible, prized for it's superior quality. Produced exclusively for Nintendo of America Inc.

So do you think it will be worth anything ever?

sure, to someone somewhere, but 23,345 isn't much of a limited run...

Without being any sort of expert on the matter I would say it's probably more rare than valuable. It is pretty cool though.

If you wait until other copies have been destoryed/lost, sure.

Give it time and it will age like a fine woman.

Probably not as much as you think it will be. 23,500 doesn't make it rare and unless you know some Fire Emblem fans, then finding a buyer would be difficult outside of Gaming culture.

Think the expression went "... like a fine wine."

Anyway, yeah, give it time and it might be worth something. give it a lot of time and it might be worth a lot, in a century or a millenia or so... Family heirloom perhaps?

Timzilla's mission is clear. he needs to go around destroying all the other copies out there.
Okay, all I need is a blowtorch and a car. I have neither.
NEW QUEST.

I didn't think it would have been worth anything anyways. I just had a small glimmer of hope. It's gone now.
