I can only speak for myself but that depends on the distance I am running and the weather conditions. Anything above a 10 km run, I'll wear a CamelBak. If it's kind of hot and sticky outside, I'll wear it then too (even if I'm only doing 7 km or something).Gaiseric said:Should I take water with me on my run?
I find that it all depends on the person. I know plenty of fit guys who sweat profusely during workouts even if they've only been on the bike for 30 mins. It's really dependent on your physiology in this case. The best thing you can do is try it out and see how it works out for you.
