so no doubt this Idea has been pumped out before, Today I noticed something twitch tv isn't as popular as
eminem or tupac but the argument can be made that peoples youtube content hasn't been uploaded for aslong.

I have a vision that kids that grow up in lower income communities where jobs are as common as full sets of teeth I see this as having a positive impact, maybe a kick starter but when I think about it the only kick to my starter is that the people that will actually benefit from a donation based user generated music service arn't the people that can actually go out tomorrow and right the lines of code needed for such a trial.

it seems to be something about a kickstarter/youtube type site that you can pay people if you like their rap tracks... i think. maybe something like patreon im not sure. there was mention of twitch in there so maybe a live streaming side to it as well.

or at least an idea for one the talk of the people it would benafit seems to imply that its not been made yet and they doubt it could be by those same people.
