Win 7 Antivirus 2011(The Aftermath)

Okay so if you read my other one you know what happened to my computer with the spayware. Well its gone now BUT I can no longer run executable files for some reason. Paint, Minecraft, took like 5 minutes for me to get my internet running again. Anyone know how to restore the .exe without having to do a computer wipe?

Okay so apparently if I right click on the icon on my desktop and click start rather than open it will run the program just fine. The only problem is that I do not have everything as an icon on my desktop.

You can make most of these programs as desktop icons or you can go to the spyware remover which is stopping you from running .exe but not prompting you and click prompt me before opening .exe or any other option. It should be in the spyware remover's options.

Have you tried to boot up in safe mode and then use an anti virus to get rid of it?
