I have a problem where whenever I try to watch videos, through any media player, the screen turns black, but I can still hear the audio. I have a new Windows 8 laptop and didn't have this problem when I first got the laptop.
I have literally no idea how to fix the issue, can anybody help? It would be hugely appreciated.
