Okay, so i need to get onto my old email for this game password.

i was about to log in when i remembered i can't remember my password, so i click on "forgot my password" and try to reset it. It then asks me for my email & a confirmation code. I type this in perfectly, and it says my ID is incorrect.

Can anyone tell me what's going on?

If I had to guess, I'd say your ID is incorrect.

You do know they have their own help area that can actually do something, right?

Yes, and the hackers might have changed the confirmation code.

I have no idea, though, it's purely speculation.
the confirmation code is just like those things which you type in to stop autobots. :/

Oh :p

So they must've changed the email address for the password to be sent to.

Or it could be giving it to one of your old, forgotten email addresses.
It was sent to my OLD email address.

I'm trying to get the password for my OLD email address, and windows live's services are'nt helping my find it. THAT'S THE PROBLEM.

I love how you ask for help, then when we try to help you you say 'no, you're wrong!'

good luck with that.
