So, I've got VMware...
And I've got a few legitimate keys for Server and WinXP. (Who uses XP anymore?)
Finally, I've acquired a motherboard with 4 ram slots, shitty built-in Videocard, and an IDE Slot with a functioning power supply inside of a case.

My first thought, "Let's shoot some of that motherfucking Samba up in that, and install Java, and run a dedicated Minecraft server! Oh, maybe I'll throw fucking Steam on that ***** and host a game server for shits! LEARNING EXPERIENCES! OH BOY!"

"But before I set up my KVM, I should probably see if I remember anything from my collage days. To VMWARE!"

I remember one thing from my collage days. "Fuck Linux."

Seriously, it's been three hours. The new Gnome GUI for Ubuntu just plain offends me (And there's no way to go back) and I'm getting tired of re-installing the Ubuntu server when it shits and dies in it's Virtual Machine. I gotta ask you Linux enthusiasts, if I love Windows, and I can setup an XPSP3 machine to idle with 100MB of ram in use.(Also comparing with Ubuntu, which struggles with 512MB of ram.) Why the fuck should I make a Linux server? Should I just stick with Win Server 03?

The main objectives for this server is going to prettymuch be a Network Share, maybe a Media Center, and a MC server.
