Heya all I am after some feedback on wireless PC gaming gear, mainly a mouse and keyboard.

Have people found any issues with them apart from recharging ?

Also I am after a wireless headset for my PC anyone got any good ones I could pick up for a reasonable price (Under £100)

Thanks

Wireless devices apparently tend to have marginally more latency but a decent wireless mouse is likely to be superior to a rubbish wired mouse in that regard. Aside from that and recharging/battery swapping there isn't usually much to complain about. That being said if you are going for something with a rechargeable battery I recommend going for something with a battery that can be replaced fairly easily as it will inevitably shit itself and die in which case you're screwed if you can't get to it. Personally I've got one that takes a standard AA battery and have a stack of them and a AA/AAA charger on my desk so I can readily replace it at any time if the battery runs out. Though when this one dies I'll probably get one with a rechargeable battery so I can just plug it in when necessary and probably get substantially better battery life.

As for a good wireless headset, the Logitech G930. It's pretty much everything it's cracked up to be. I can't really say anything negative about it.

I've been looking for a wireless mouse some time ago and bought the Logitech g700s. Check this comparison [http://bestgamingmouseguide.org/best-wireless-gaming-mouse/]. I haven't had any problems with my g700s till now. The quality is great.

Any half-way decent wireless mice will take forever to die. I remember that the last wireless mouse I had, took a couple standard batteries, I left on for about...must have been 2 or 3 months. Never once turned it off, but it took that long for the battery to die.

EDIT - Oh yeah, forgot something. If you do get a wireless mouse/keyboard, make sure there's no interference. So if your computer is using Wi-fi, either switch it to wired (ethernet cable) or switch frequencies (the mouse and keyboard will use 2.4GHz, so get a network adaptor that works at 5GHz).

I generally buy Logitech products since they are cheap and do not break easily.

Wireless has slightly more latency then wired, however they work perfectly fine outside of battaries dying or something magnetic/radioactive interfering.

Wireless keyboards however seem pointless. Unless you are sitting acrossed the room from your box, like say a living room.
