With all 3 institutions having republican majority, can this be a good thing?

I sometimes feel hopeless for americans wanting change within their nation, if not for the recent display on how fast the senate can move if they gave a fuck, then the fact that the SCOTUS, Senate and Presidency is controlled, by a party who in recent years has shown to be looking out against the well being of the American people.

I wonder, if there is turning this ship into a country with sensible policies and institutions within it that move fast when the people need it to.
Or, is this actually a good thing?

Whatever, just wash your hands.
The only good thing about having a republican majority is that they won't be actively working against things to sabotage them. I mean they will still sabotage them, just from a position of power instead of doing it in a way that makes it easier for them to get away with it.

You keep thinking that what's happened to the US in the last four years is a bad thing. You need to deal with the reality that millions of people think it was great. Even 200k+ people dying is great

No, trying to hit rock bottom, while maybe eye opening, is not really a strategy one should intentionally employ

No? Unless you're an accelerationist or otherwise want the US system to fail, it's rather clearly rather bad.

The House is still Democratic majority.
The so called 4th branch of Government, our legacy corporate mainstream media is solidly pro corporate. They will tow the pro globalist corporatism line. Witness them censor the Hunter Biden laptop issue while acting like Trump created COVID in a lab on his own so he could poison the USA.
The education establishment is solidly Democratic.
The top 1% now prefer the Democratic party. High taxes for those pesky high earning working people while pushing for loop holes for themselves.
After the election, we may see the House swing back to the Republicans. 6/9 USSC justices will have been appointed by Republicans. Republicans may make gains in the Senate and Trump will have another 4 years.
I think we are seeing a political realignment. The Democratic party is becoming the globalist, elite, top 1% Wall Street party. The Republicans, maybe against their will but lead by Trump, may become the party of private sector unions, nationalism, end efforts at empire with wars around the planet that have squandered trillions and shed US blood for nothing but the corporate military industrial complex, cut taxes, protect our borders, increase employment and have rising wages for workers. End the ACA and improve Americans ability to have affordable health care. And improve relations between varying demographic groups focusing on individual rights and improving things for the vast majority of us (oligarchs may not like this at all).

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! That may be the funniest thing you've ever said. Oh god, that you still think Trump isn't one of the oligarchs you rightly distrust.

Where do you get the idea that Republicans care about you and the working class? All sides of the aisle are horrible in their own way.

It has been said and written: Republicans think their base is stupid. Democrats think their base is insane.
Before Trump, the Republican party had become nothing but a club for nose picking elitists happy to sell the USA out to the highest bidder. Trump has said some of the right things and backed the words up with actions that lead to record breaking employment numbers and rising wages for the first time in generations (pre covid). Now he is getting rank and file private sector union support (if not the leadership). But if given the power to lead, Republicans as a party have a lot to prove to make up for a past of indifference to workers.

The House will turn Republican? lol. There is a much greater chance the Democrats own the WH, House and the Senate than of that happening.

And as for ending the ACA, Republicans have controlled the senate for 10 years now. Where is their health plan? Oh, they don't have one and have never had one. Yes, ending the ACA would be a brilliant idea. Some people just don't get it.

Boys that wear tinfoil hats told me that Canada is planning on inviting 1.2 million new residents into Canada in the next 3 years. Despite the fact that Canada had suffered two credit downgrades, its treasury is run by a social-media journalist and following the pandemics the number of jobs on payroll was cut by half. Are you guys ok?

Yes but once Trump isnt in charge Republicans may go back to being normal sane Republicans that are only subtly racist rather than outspoken racists and proud of it.

I doubt it. Seeing how close the numbers are in some places, why would they go back? This isn't a clear mandate for them to knock it off or anything.

I hope they cannot return to the nose picking club for elitists that they were before Trump. And, I do not know if they can do so even if they wanted to. I'd heard the top 1% now prefers Democrats to Republicans:
Radical leftists think Republicans under Trump are now the Populist party while Democrats are the party of status quo. Example:
