Nope.

Duke Nukem Forever is dead.

3drealms isn't actually dead - they just laid off most of their staff, including the developers of Duke Nukem Forever. It's still unclear what's going to happen to that property, or to the work that's been finished so far.

I think Duke Nukem has just been put on hold for a while.

At least until they're ready to put more financial backing into it.

Yeah, I was about to say. Untimely? They spent twelve years on a single project with no signs of real progress. Poor management, poor decisions and poor scheduling all along - this was always going to happen sooner or later, and frankly I'm surprised their publisher didn't kick the crap out of them significantly earlier.
