Wizardry 8 & Might and Magic 8

Hey Everybody,

I've been searching around lately for a party based dungeon crawl RPG's to satisfy a void that was left by games like Wizardry 8 and Might and Magic 8. Unfortunately, this search has been to no avail, and so now I ask you, are there any modern works that fit the mold of these older, but magical, titles or at least distract one from their memory while simultaneously satiating the PBDCRPG pallet?

NOTE: I've recently played the newest Wizardry release on the PSN... garbage.

PBDCRPG = Party Based Dungeon Crawling Role Playing Game. Just in case anyone else saw that really long acronym and went huh?

I guess You could wait a bit more for Diablo 3, or TorchLight 2. Other than that I'm not really sure.

Yup. The genre is dead, alas.

Does it have to be first person perspective too?

There's still some decent indie stuff coming out, but those games typically have a top-down view.

Yea, Knights of the Chalice is out already http://www.heroicfantasygames.com/ and 2 is coming out. It has very well done d&d 3.5 tactical combat.
