Not long now.
http://www.timesonline.co.uk/tol/news/politics/article7000510.ece

only have to wait til May 6th, then we can get rid of Gordo Clown.
And here was I thinking we'd have to wait til June.

So are people keen to get rid of Brown? or are Escapists fans of Gordon?

I don't want the Torries in to be honest. But I don't count since I can't vote.

I can't really see how having Cameron in would make a difference.

Although as long as they stay up and scum like the BNP stay swimming in the sewers then I'm pretty happy.

Brown gets stick whatever he does, and it seems he's just had the misfortune of inheriting problems instead of actually being the direct cause of them.

This.

Also: When did we, as voters, stop talking about parties, and start talking about party leaders?

The problem is that all it's going to do is replace Brown with Cameron, and I think we need a far more radical shake-up in politics. Especially as only 40% of the country is likely to vote.

Since David Camerons photoshop campaign.

What sort of "radical shake-up"?

In politics, the "radical" is never a good option.

Exactly. Gordon Brown pisses me off because he was a socialist until about the time Tony started sucking him off and let Bush watch. Revert to old Labour and they might get my vote but let's face it; that's not going to happen. Labour are a bunch of Tories in flat caps - desperately trying to appeal to the underprivileged masses but really just shitting in their cereal.

The Tories do exactly what Labour do but they don't pretend to be anything other than stuck up righties.

Lib Dems... I used to like them, hell I used to work for them, but I just can't stand Nick Clegg. Have you noticed how he looks, acts and sounds almost exactly the same as Cameron? Coincidence? No - A Tory in orange with a bad hair cut.

The best we can hope for is a Labour - Lib Dem coalition caused by a hung parliament but fact of the matter is that Cameron will be moving house in May and Gordon will be out of a job. The worst part of all that is to take power in this country, you only need to have about 30% of the eligible electorate.

I would say that people who sign up to Escapist have some idea of fun, so should realistically hate the guy. If they do like our retarded lump of a prime minister, who lets face it nobody actually voted for, or even wanted in the first place, then they need to be set upon by the hoodies that adorn the cover of the papers every time someone gets stabbed or kicked to death.

Bring on May 6th and lets get this piece of, erm how to put this nicely, rectal seepage, that's nice enough I think, out of Number 10.
