If cremated:
I would be cremated from neck down so my head will be made into a shrunken head and hung on my cars rear view mirror
My ashes turned into a diamond [http://www.lifegem.com] so may ring will say "This diamond is {name here} so don't sell me or I will haunt your ass."
If buried
"I told you to cremate me..."
or
"I saw my shins then I saw the 20 men I killed" First one to find this reference wins the game
or
"Don't think your safe just because I'm dead I will be waiting for you"
