Momentum, like Juggernaut. Also, Luck Manipulation, like Jinx. I think you could include an entire category of superheroes that are just 'Animal Hybrid' - as in, human DNA crossed with animal DNA for whatever results, because there are quite a few like that, apart from Spider-Man.

Here you go: Heroes Unlimited [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Heroes_Unlimited]. Palladium are an awesome RPG company. A friend of mine ran a very fun campaign using the Palladium books. In his Heroes Unlimited universe (our characters came from the Rifts universe, but got stuck in the H.U. universe), the Marvel Universe was real, and the civilians of the world read DC comics. We had some good times taking on The Fantastic Four and the Incredible Hulk, and Captain America, and pretty much any big name you could think of.

My friend and I are working on a superhero RPG, in order to do so we are trying to construct a complete list of ALL superpowers. Please note that this excludes 1) MAGIC BASED POWERS, 2) technological based powers and 3) inter-dimensional powers.

Superpowers are never limited or confined to the comics, they keep growing. At best you could find references to the more famous ones but there are way too many to make a list out of. I mean once you find out that the ability to stretch ones limbs to almost infinity is a superpower then you know that anything is possible.
