I doubt it's gonna happen, but I hope they include other playable races and not just Vampires... There's more to the World of Darkness than Vampire: The Masquerade... (Demon: The Fallen being my personal favorite)

What they said at the panel was that the plan was to get vampires right first and then continue to flesh it out from there. A crowd member asked a question if that would lead to vastly unbalanced sides when future races/factions are introduced, and they responded that not all of them are necessarily vying for the same resources.

Also, weren't Vampires the most common flavor of critter in the old World of Darkness?

As I recall, there was usually about 1 per 10k humans, with them getting much more common in Sabat cities.

While there were only something like 10k changing breeds (Werewolves and other werecreatures) (5k Werewolves, 50 Rokea, 1k? Bastet, and the rest ~100-250 each).

I don't think we ever had numbers on Mages, Hunters, Mummies, or Demons. but none of them were exactly common.

Sounds good. I hope they have perma-death. It will make it more like the WOD I know. I don't play MMOs, I just might make an exception for this. I really need to get Bloodlines. Shame you can't be a werewolf, mage et cetra.

Makes sense, but whether they do include Demons eventually or not I hope they at least include the Earthbound, one of them could make a good potential antagonist for everyone :)

At the same time. There was a reason there were only five in the setting.

Forget total party wipe, an Earthbound would cause a total server wipe. :p
