Though using my awesome brain, I calculated that Blizzard is ripping us off.
Emblem's are being exchanged for roughly 11 JP, but as of the new JP prices, the Emblem's are actally worth 14!

I'll post me talent trees in a bit, but as far as reforging goes on my Prot Paladin, I took all my Hit (cuz I had way too much of it, rlly overcap) and reforged into Expertise. Doubled up with the Seal of Truth Glyph that gives me 10 Expertise while Seal of Truth is active I now have quite a bit more Expertise.
Mine was still DLing when I left for classes today. I started it at 4:00 yesterday and never stopped it. It is now 12:30. I doubt it will be done when I get home at 4:00. Thankfully (kinda) I have to spend a bit of time (about 12.6 seconds) hooking up a new monitor as my primary one kicked the bucket the other day. I'm hoping it will be done by then.

And yes as an above poster mentioned you can now get Justice points from any boss in any instance which means farming is easy.
