There's two that i know of. one of which i have seen the other i have only heard of.
the one i have heard of was a sign in a carpark in brimingham and the guy controlling the messages telling people where to go was telling them all to "turn around and **** off".
the one i have seen however is a translation issue. in wales we have all the sign posts printed in welsh and english (dont ask me why i dont know only 5% of us speak the language and of that 5% only 1% speak it as their only language) and in english it had the directions to some warehouse in welsh it said "if yoou have any other translation work please send it to.." and then an email address amused me at the time thought id share it.

There was one that made public news a while back where some high school students had some how messed with a construction sign. Instead of it discussing delays ahead it said "Caution: Zombies Ahead".

I can't find the picture because i think that my driving instructer actually took a picture of this sign. It was a pedestrian crossing sign that had a gun that looked realistic to the sign drawn in the hand. It was funny because we were in a room completely silent looking at pictures of signs and then he shows that one and everybody busts out laughing.
