In the year 3500 all humans with magical abilities decided that they would be the rulers to prevent war and bring peace but one magical being was held above the rest the winner of a tournament where everyone was welcome called the World's Strongest Fighter Tournament.this worked for 12 year peace had settle.
Then a man named Galarn was named the leader and chaos rained. As war was about to break out again Galarn was killed and a special tournament is being held to find the next leader of the world and defender against the Mythical beasts.

Equipment: Chain sword (in case anyone doesn't know what this is, hybrid chainsaw sword), 2 pistols with 50 rounds each, 1 lucky amulate, 1 bulletproof vest, 1 chain mail suit, holsters, 10 daggers
Description: A bit about average height at about 6', Vergil is well muscled, but he is more sleek than defined. He has short, brown hair, that is usually is a complete and dire mess. He has blue eyes, and no real facial blemishes. He isn't your football muscled and ripped man, but more of your sleek, stylish man.
History: Under the rule of the last ruler, Vergil lived a fairly prosperous life as a surgeon, but after the last ruler died and the true chaos ensued, fighting took to the street in Vergil's area, and only the strong survived. Much of his war gear was taken off the carcasses of those he killed, as all of his money didn't seem to mean anything anymore in this world of chaos. So he wishes to bring stability back to the world, and would like nothing more than to go back to his job as an Surgeon, but he realizes that he will need to step up to the challenge and try to restore the worlds order. Currently, due to increasing chaos, does odd-job involving medical practice, only occasionally involving any sort of surgery, and usually minor at that. He also secretly wants the money because there is a rare new disease that runs in his family, and he wants to find a cure to this disease, not only for himself, but because he doesn't want anyone to have to see their little brother died like he had to.
Powers: From weakest to strongest
Inexplicably good luck: if he rolls a six sided die, it will land on a six, he finds that statistics and odds in situations that are pure chance don't seem to effect him. More than once he has escaped a fight because the switch blade the enemy was going to use to deal the killing blow got stuck, or guns jammed. This often manifests itself in fights by having people deal light flesh wounds instead of lethal wounds, or guns getting inexplicably jammed for short periods of time, and then just as inexplicably becoming unjammed. It is probably more powerful than his next two powers, but it's too unreliable.
Telekinesis, he can lift the average man without putting to much effort into it, although anyone with heavy armor will require lots of concentration
Pyrotechnics, he can light objects on fire and through them via telekinesis, also, when he uses Pyrotechnics, he can opt for the fire to only surround, no touch, an object, but this take concentration, so he can "light" his chain sword on fire
Extreme speed: Vergil can enter a state of extreme speed. It is equivalent to him teleporting 10 feet in the blink of an eye. Max distance 10 feet, usable 20 times per day, usable twice in a row, for a total of 20 feet. Requires a nights rest to regenerate use per day
Doppelganger: Vergil can summon a reflection of himself, except this reflection is perfectly capable of dealing physical harm. Both he and his doppelganger have the same powers, but Vergil can only make one doppelganger, and this doppelganger can't make a secondary doppelganger. He is also only able to make a doppelganger once or twice per fight.

description: A 19 year old boy with a Japanese style shirt (no buttons) combat trousers and black leather converse shoes, goggles on his Head stop his hair form falling in his face.
equipment: 2 magic bracelets shrouded in bandages, goggles that can change format depending on owners knees, 1x aura enhancer (man made weapons such as guns cant hurt him), 1x unremovable amulet of the Raven (soul bound), 1x stress meter.
History: Stonehill Raven entered the tournament in order to find a cure for the curse of which envelopes his being a strange purple aura surrounds him when in combat, and when stress finally gets to him he has a final trick up his sleeve in the form of a Beast form A Were-Raven whose power, strength and speed make a formidable enemy, he is entering this tournament for the money to help find his cure to rid him of the curse, he was a recent test subject in an experiment that went wrong and thus has no job.

1) Were-Raven transformation: when stress levels are enhanced Stonehill Raven transforms into the Were-Raven which increases his speed, power, strength, for as long as Stonehill remains out of control with rage! The Were Raven is a four legged beast in which the body of a were wolf has the head of a raven, it also has the ability to stand on its hind legs and can fly if needed! Be warned: His Raven force attack is enhanced beyond its normal level and becomes pure energy as it comes from the creatures mouth.
2) Raven force: When Energy is abundant, Stonehill Raven can call upon the powers of the were-raven this High pressure energy beam is created when his wrist bracelets are connected together on above and one below, this allows the stonehill raven to aim accurately and make sure his target is in the correct place.
3) Raven aura: this aura not only protects Stonehill form man made weapons but it also makes him immune to mind control and status aliments which may cause him to affect his status.It is active most of the time the only time when this is not active is when Stonehill has turned in to the were raven as creatures cant be control as they live in the now, it is also not active even Stonehill is running low on energy...
4)Raven punch/ kicks: these are powered up kicks and punches that can create lots of damage if they hit right, these powered attacks do drain away energy but not as much as A Raven force would, these attacks are Stonehills simplest but effect in the right combos...
5) tempera vision: stonehill can see things a lot differently then any other human being he can anticipate movements and judge distances with untimely accuracy as he can see slight beyond the natural flow of time, this coupled with a Raven punch or kick can help to make combos which can last up until he makes a mistake or runs low on energy.
