OT:
A few of the achievements in The Simpsons Game made me facepalm. One of them being 5G for pressing the start button, another for 0G when you die 10 times.

I've got it too, and I really liked it. There are most definitely worse things to spend your money on. The demo will give you a good idea what to expect, just play thatSniper Team 4 said:Is this game any good? I have the demo, but have yet to play it. I agree with that, I only got it with my rogue through the Awakening's extra abilities.Onyx Oblivion said:Dragon Age's Heavy Hitter.
Do 250 damage in a single attack.
Seriously? How the fucking is my dual wielding rogue, with low base damage, but high attack frequency supposed to do that?
Warriors have Final Blow, mages can get it with Mana Clash, and archers can get it with Arrow of Slaying.
Dual Wielding rogues...can't really get it. Since they are just a bunch of little damage numbers adding up quickly. Via poison, backstabbing, and talents like Flurry.
I can probably think of worse ones, but Dragon Age is what I'm playing right now.
I literally had to stop playing for like five minutes and go get some of my friends to make sure I wasn't just seeing things.Daystar Clarion said:Pressing the start button at the title screen for Soul Calibur 4. That was ridiculous.
I got it easy in Awakening by using Heartseeker. Of course if you don't have Awakening then it'd pretty hard to get, so just go Warrior next time.Onyx Oblivion said:Dragon Age's Heavy Hitter.

Wow. They really must want people to play their game.ShakesZX said:I literally had to stop playing for like five minutes and go get some of my friends to make sure I wasn't just seeing things.Daystar Clarion said:Pressing the start button at the title screen for Soul Calibur 4. That was ridiculous.
If you keep a save at the right point, you can actually get that in two playthroughs. In one playthrough, if you save right before the final battle, you just have to do the final battle over again and choose a different person to make the killing blow. The worst part of that is having to go through the tedious final battle over again...Light 086 said:I'll also go with perfectionist on that game. I mean the game is about what? 30+ hours and they want me to discover every possible ending across all playthroughs? Seriously there is no way, as much as I like that game I've got others to play and life to attend to. So to go through all that for 50 points(xbox) only shows that you are a massive nerd(no offense to all nerds out there, I'm a bit of one myself)with absolutely no life outside of the game. That or you've got one amazing attention span.
Seriously?!?! Well in that case I'm gonna nerd out and try it right now!!!freakydan said:If you keep a save at the right point, you can actually get that in two playthroughs. OT: There's an achievement on Prince of Persia for starting a new game. "The Journey Begins" or something like that. Then another for completing the basic opening tutorial. Then another for discovering the girl's secret power, which is done in the third or fourth cut scene.
The demo is very much like the rest of the game. You spend most of it fighting the same red soldiers, even when other enemies are introduced...or you are on their side. The levels get long and tedious as well.Sniper Team 4 said:Is this game any good? I have the demo, but have yet to play it. Seriously? That's one of the most awesome and fun achievements I can think of! What don't you like about it?onebignumbskull said:in crackdown the achevement base jumper

You think that's bad? I take it you haven't seen this:SomethingAmazing said:I am cheating a little bit here, but this is the dumbest achievement list ever. This is for Terminator Salvation

In other words, if you beat the game on hard then you get all the achievements. What a friggin' load.
