Worst Book Ever?

The Catcher In The Rye.

If Superboy Prime ever decided to write a book, this is probably what it would look like.

Seems like people are really hating The Catcher In The Rye.

Oh, and also - not exactly the worst book ever, but I'm beginning to be irritated by Gregory Maguire's obsession with sex. Through all three books of the Wicked trilogy, if any two characters are left alone, they WILL have sex. Regardless of the characters or the circumstance. I'm halfway through A Lion Among Men and it's just gotten ridiculous.

I'm working in a Library on work experience so I generally see at least 5 or 6 bad books a day.

OT: I didn't really like Catcher in the Rye though. I didn't like anything about it much.
