Sonic Underground. WORST SONIC CARTOON EVER. Sonic X coming in a near second worst. It had bad singing, bad voices, bad animation, nearly bad everything. Well, a majority of cartoons created by the oh so appropriately named Dic for taking many game licenses and what not, and turn them into half@$$ed poorly animated toons.

Johnny Test for being like Dexter's Lab only gender-bended and I thought is was bland.

Captain Planet is terrible for being a blatant PSA show and teaches us that by existing we are killing the planet. Also, has the most gayest superhero/superhero design ever. Not to mention heart is NOT an element.

Sonic Underground: AHHH! MAKE THE MUSIC STOP! URKEL WAS NEVER MEANT TO SING!

Johnny Test: I just found it bland and boring more then anything painful.

Captain Planet: A show utterly stupid it turns around to become comedic GOLD.

Well... WIND is the movement of air and is better described as a wave...

i had forgotten about tom goes to the major, i hate that show soooo much. i like spongebob, phineas and ferb, and adventure time. the spongebob movie was great too, the ending where spongebob is dressed up like a wizard, and is playing electric guitar with lightening blots coming out of it was awesome, i mean what more do people want?

I guess for post-movie Spongebob to be good instead of obnoxious and disgusting.

Oh this pile of steaming crap. Turns out this was based on a 1920's movie where yes you had the skinny goofy guy, the fat guy (Abbottttttt!) And a ape.

They cashed in on the "Well done" Ghost busters, but sadly this was the first (well the 192x movie) to hold the name... which it should have just surrendered in Shame.

Actually, it was based on and technically a sequel a 70s TV show, which is, I believe, also where Ackroyd and Ramis got the idea for the movie. It starred Forrest Tucker and Larry Storch (who actually voiced themselves in the cartoon) of F-Troop. The cartoon had their kids (and seemingly the same gorilla) take up the reigns of busting ghosts. The cartoon is also the reason that they had to call the other show "The Real Ghostbusters". Interestingly enough, when I go to the show's IMDB page, it recommends "Megas XLR" if I liked "The Ghost Busters" 70s TV show.

Actually, if you're referring to the Ghostbusters cartoon with the talking car and the monkey. They didn't actually replace anyone with anything. That show was not at all based on the movie with Bill Murrey etc. That show was based on a live action show by the same name that did actually feature a monkey apparently. I don't know much about it, but...

Worst western cartoon goes to 12 OZ Mouse. It would be Fanboy and Chum Chum but I laughed once when the viking episode was on.

Worst anime easily goes to Kurogane no Linebarrels (Linebarrels of Iron.)

I'm probably gonna get my head chewed off for this, but a show I really hate with a passion; Naruto, english or dubbed it doesn't matter it all makes me want to claw my eyes out, throw them on floor and begin the purging with fire and salt then take out my ear drums with large blades. But alas, I will still be aware of its god awfulness so I must then take a power drill to my brain.

How that show acheived ANY level success completely baffle me, the only thing more annoying then the show itself is its fanbase. Self rightoues pricks that the are.

WOO HOO way to group together and stereotype the nearly the entire animated output of an entire country. Contrary to what you may think not all anime is nearly the same. From my point of view you just did te equivalent of answering the question "what are the worst cartoon shows" by saying "all of them" (not saying anime are the only cartoons that matter just that there are large enough differences between shows that you might as well be lumping all animation together).

Its dangerous to kids. LOOK AT THIS! Streaking,burglary,swearing,animal cruelty. THIS SH*** WONT FLY. Plus spongebob has really went from my fave to nothing but a screaming baby that I would shake until it stopped laughing at my rage. Do you realize squidward dreams of murder? Mr.Krabs gets light sentences for regularly large charges while Patrick gets 90 days for litering.Plus his obbsesion with money it self is stupid. Cheap is when you keep money tight for certain things YOU want. Rofl I have never thought to look at Spongebob in some of the ways you point out here. Especially the with the jail time sentences. However, the mocking Texas has always bugged me a little since I'm a Texan!!!
