DOWII and it's expansions have done it pretty well, but Space Marine hasn't.Soviet Heavy said:I dunno, but I think people should take a note from Relic's Dawn of War series on this. If you don't own Chaos Rising, you can still play Chaos Rising maps and against the Chaos Space Marines, but you cannot use that faction yourself.Kahunaburger said:Second the paid map packs. Why divide a multiplayer community?
Update everyone's maps, and if they want to play with the toys that come with, make them pay for those. So you can still play against people who bought the map pack, but you don't get any of the fancy weapons or toys that come with unless you chalk up the cash.
I have to somewhat agree on this one. The DLC so far hasn't added more than another two or three hours of gameplay and only add a few new vehicles and costumes.(I was annoyed that you didn't get to keep any of the new weapons from Gangsters in Space)hazabaza1 said:The Saints Row 3 DLC seems pretty piss poor.
Dunno, I think the skins in Batman arkham city are pretty badass. Then again, I still play that game like there's no tomorrow so any dlc seems worth the cash thenHawk of Battle said:Any DLC that is £5 and comprises only character skins, no matter how many.
