Who do you think is the worst dressed video game character ever?

And I'm not talking about those wacky outfits JRPG pretty boys wear, I'm talking about characters who wouldn't know fashion sense if it feel from the sky onto their heads. I'm talking about video game characters who wear grotesque and terribly designed outfits.

In short, just because the character looks funny, it doesn't mean he's badly dressed.

So, again, who is the worst dressed video game character of all time?
