CoD 3, MW 1 and MW 2, can probably add Black Ops to that as well, although, I can't say for sure yet.
Say what you want about Modern Warfare 2 and CoD 3, but it puts a bad taste in my mouth when some one insults CoD4. That game was next to perfect, what with the same tone and gameplay mechanics as the last 2, it was awesome. The idea to take it out of WWII period was very smart, seeing how World War 2 games were now beyond repetitive.

I couldn't help but notice you left CoD WaW off that list. How do you hate CoD4 but like CoD WaW? Whats the name of your condition?
Oh, I'm sorry, I didn't see the line in the thread where it asked the worst installment of your favorite franchise...that TDC2182 approved of. I don't have to explain it to you, nor do you have to agree with me. That's what makes it, my choice. Not yours.
I'll try as hard as I can not to hurt your feelings next time. I was unaware of how sensitive discussion is to you.

Your life must be tough.

And seeing how if what you say is true, you only liked two of the Call of duty games in the series.

Thats like me saying I like the Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, but hated all of the other books while saying its my favorite series. But I believe I am beginning to hurt your feelings again, so I'll stop.

Sons of Liberty was really, really bad compared to the rest of the Metal Gear Solid games.
I still didn't mind it too much, especially when compared to some games of other series (Lookin' at you, Mega Man 7)[/b] but the sudden shift (and decline) in protagonist was pretty jarring.
I haven't played the other games, but if this is the worst game, then the whole MGS series must be utterly divine. Sons of Liberty is the best story ever to be written out of any piece of literature, film or game. Everything comes together so perfectly. I can't imagine why anyone would hate it.
Read my post again, mate. I think you missed the bold text. I certainly do not hate this game.

By and large, it is the weakest MGS game I've ever played - the setting is duller, the bosses aren't nearly as cool (in my opinion,) and the story is, at times, far too convoluted.. even for a Metal Gear Solid game, but I don't hate it. :D
I was half referring to the person you quoted before. My bad. I was mainly thinking of the story, since I can't really compare bosses, gameplay, etc. I need to play the others.

Forgot to say my least favourite installment of any game. That would go to Silent Hill: Homecoming. I actually really like The Room, it still gave you the feeling of being hopeless and unable to escape the nightmare even when you came crawling back home, still there could be hauntings awaiting you. It takes that concept "no safer place than home" and morphs it into "I need to get out of this hellhole before some crazy bastard kills me." But with Homecoming, a lot of the tension was gone and the "survival" part in "survival horror" dissipated with the fact that the main character was capable of taking the monster down. There wasn't really a reason for Pyramid Head to be present either...I get the feeling that the creators had no idea what he represented in the other games and that they just chucked him in to make the fans happy. And I mean...that UFO ending was soo bad.

What, you seriously think I give a shit what you have to say? Really? Hurt my feelings?
I Believe there is an old saying "Who are you trying to convince? Me or you"
You must really over-estimate your powers, cause no, all you really represent is a minor annoyance. All the Harry Potter movies were garbage, I'll correct you right there. Then again, I'm not a fan of the series, so, you're barking up the wrong tree.
Somebody is completely missing the point.
Next time, just do yourself a favor, and stick to your own opinion, this isn't your thread, and you weren't the one asking the question. Isn't anyone's fault but your own that you get burnt from time to time because of it.
You do realize, that 90% of the time for there to be discussion, there has to be opinions. A forum is a place that is practically made up of opinions.

If you get this butthurt from someones opinions, why are you here?
