Hello, I feel like I have quite a huge hassle to break the vicious circle of both of my problem
ADD and computer addiction. Because of my ADD, computer is the only tools that I feel like I can use to reduce the "squirrel" running in my head thinking about all random stuff, although with this amount of playing I became addicted of only doing computer because its the only thing that calm my brains.
So the problem is really just about having an active brains and if I don't get an active brains for some time I get depressed and anti depressant don't seem to help much. Unluckily this trouble is doing stuff in my regular life, its take a lot of effort for just doing mundane and menial task, like showering, doing laundry, doing food and such.

So, any help?
Also, anyone as a forum or anything to ask for more health problem (in french also if possible?)

The Internet isn't really the place to find answers for medical questions, especially mental health. If it's affecting your life so much, you should see a doctor and get their advice on options. They can give you proper methods for dealing with your ADD, and if it turns out to be necessary even medication.

If it's causing you problems you should go to a psychiatrist who works with young adults with ADHD and other learning disorders. It's probable you will need medication, but anti-depressants make ADHD symptoms worse, not better.

Désolé mais mon français est terrible. You should talk to a doctor for a recommendation to a psychiatrist. The sooner you act the sooner you can recover.
