Depression. It never ceases to provide me with opportunities for subconscious self-sabotage and general life fuck-uppery...
Fake depression or real? Not to insult but what are your symptoms?
Lack of enthusiasm for anything, mood swings, inability to concentrate, social anxiety, extreme lethargy, chronic procrastination... also have been prescribed citalopram.
A lot of times that can just be in the mind... ways do exist to manage it, including medicine, and some alternatives...
Of course it's in the mind, it's depression. I have been prescribed medicine and am seeing a counsellor. Other than that I don't know what else I could do.
Well you COULD do electroconvulsive-therapy but I don't recommend that.

Getting a pet has been shown to help majorly with depression as long as you like said pet of course and you spend time with it (and I'm serious).

Look into nutrition supplements as well.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hematochezia I think I should get that checked out...
Sometime when I yawn my jaw opens really wide, a lump appears just behind my chin and I get a horrific pain throughout my lower jaw, no idea what causes it. Along that line occasionally my big toe and the toe beside it will dislocate and part, again causing lots of pain. Also a sudden ingrown toenail just because. I think my body hates me...

My hypoglycemia has plainly sucked. Headaches and vomiting if I don't have the proper amount of sugar.

It's not really what I would call a medical condition, but I've currently got a spot in my ear and it hurts like mad when I try to use head phones. That's pretty much the worst thing I can think of. I've never had the flu, despite hanging around with my friend when he had it on several different occasions.

EDIT: I thought of one that was really annoying. I had a broken arm (not bad since I got off eleven weeks of Physical Education!) and I dropped my PSP memory card in it (I was messing about it didn't fall in there) and it got stuck and took about eight days to get out.

i've broken my left arm 2x's, and that's one of the most annoying medical conditions EVER! cause not only does your arm itch like nothing on earth, but everyone and their mom will ask you how you broke it.
the only other medical condition that came close to that level of irritation was when i was around 4 or 5 and i sprained my neck (some father he was supposed to be), not that may not sound so bad, but i pinched a nerve so severely that for 3 months i had to wear a brace and if i took it off for any reason my body would go numb and i couldn't move at all

I have autism and I had CMV and Pfeifers a few months back.
Autism[or Aspergers] is, in my expirience, a condition that causes a different way of thinking. I'm extremely open minded until I have a firm opinion of something.
CMV and Pfeifers go hand in hand as viruses that do damage to your liver, which has to regenerate over time. Two thing you'll hate about it are crippling fatigue and no alcohol[seriously I like my red wine]. I've been having some attacks of fatigue again so just in case I'm staying off the liquor for another month or so.

I got used to my aspergers so I personally think the cmv and pfeifers are more annoying.

I know people have worse problems then me so I try not to make it to much of a problem.

For me, it's a close call between tinnitus and RSI, but I'd say tinnitus is the worse of the two.

Tinnitus.

It first reared its ugly head after a hunting trip with my father when I was around ten. Over the years, after more hunting trips & countless concerts throughout Europe, it's gotten worse, but I'm at that point now where I can block it out most of the time. Occasionally, I'll need some music on in the background if it keeps me from sleeping, but eh, it could be worse. Like, cancer or something.

Growing up I had seizures. It is frightening to just black out and fall on the ground thrashing about because your nervous system has just gotten out of whack and you can't control your body. And once the seizures ended it took a while for me to regain proper control of my muscles meaning my legs and arms felt like jelly and despite my desire to speak words would not come out of my mouth but rather incomprehensible moans. Luckily enough for me I grew out of those seizures as the last one I had was when I was 10 years old.

speaking of a pain in the ass...
worst ive had (non mental) is what i think may have been constapation once. i felt like i was about to shit my pants, but i couldn't shit. after a few minutes i just forced it out and it stung like a *****.

mental conditions, just one. chronic anxiety mixed with minor ocd. got me very particular about small things, and overreacted to said small things. it made a lot of situations in my life a lot less pleasant than they should have been (including birthdays). luckily, we finally got psychiatrist money, and got it diagnosed and medicated. the difference is just awesome.

Asthma, I've pretty much cured myself of it with exercise. I can of course still feel it during certain situations.

Well, my nose randomly bleeds... that's about it...
The same thing happens to my best friend, especially when she sneezes. It used to scare the hell out of me when we were kids but I'm used to it now.

OT: Worst/most irritating medicial problem for me is these random lumps I keep getting in my armpits and breasts. I've been in and out of doctors and hospitals but they have no idea what is it or why I keep getting them. Not that much pain but they get sore, annoying and make me feel kind of gross.

my top ones

acute pneumonia 3 times when I was a child. Almost died each time, yet it was less severe each time and my recovery time approved with each.

my first bad reaction to nightquil, holy shit I was hopped up for 18 hours.

two ingrown toenails that pretty much make it hard for me to walk or stand for a long time.

messed up my back when I was moving heavy shit years back.

Yet I had 2nd degree burns on my arm, hot water is fucking hot.

dislocated my shoulder playing dodgeball.

I've had flu, and I think I had caught the winter vomitting bug several times.

Also I once had yellow spot growing in between my finger and nail. I had to remove myself. To this day, I still have no idea what is was, or how it got there.

Once i had this thing where i started throwing up one night and couldnt stop. When i finally did i had screwed up every muscle in my abdomen and it hurt so much just to get around that i laid on a couch for almost three day. also i didnt eat for four or five days, finally they gave me some stuff to make it so i wouldnt throw up anymore but the meds knocked me on my ass, I was crazy tired for the last two days of that. by the end of it i had been sick for 7 days and missed five days of school, it sucked.

Getting my wisdom teeth removed. The surgery was easy and nothing bad happened but the resulting soreness and bleeding were a pain. I've had shingles which would have been a real pain in the ass if I wasn't a teen at the time I had them.

Oh man on the burn thing, I Feel ya. One time I was doing this project in an art class with hot glue and really old hot glue guns that get way hotter than the newer safer ones. Well anyway my group was gluing these big pieces of cardboard together and a bunch of glue pooled up at the bottom, and well i half plunged my thumb into it on accident almost burned off my thumbprint with the combined burn and taking off the glue.
