What? Aperture Science Labs is the best place ever. They give you cake if you perform a few "simple" tests. CAKE!!!!

Anyway, the worst place I can think of is Point lookout. Swamp filled with murderously insane hillbilly's, swamp ghouls, and Swamplurks. The ghouls and Swamplurks are all fun, but the hillbilly's... even not murderously insane they aren't pleasant.
