Altair from AC but ONLY with an actual sword; despite being the weapon most frequently upgraded, it's the worst weapon you get due to the agonizing slowness of attacks, plus it makes countering ("fuck you button") really hard.

Are we speaking of most evil or most all around badly designed and badly characterized?..........well now that I think about it, this is a heroes thread. Evil has nothing to do with it.
Hmmm....I'm going with Yeoung- Seung (or however you spll it) from Soul Calibur. The whole surfer dude swordsman things really annoys me.

A few choices..
Zidane (FF9) - Basicly a stupid designed Character all around, plus the entire game sucked imo
Sephiroth (FF7) - Holding a Sword that is twice as long as you are tall does NOT make you cool, it makes you look like an Idiot. Especially when its a Katana-esque Weapon which would break with the next Swing on anything harder than a overripe Melon.
Cloud (FF7) - No, he just wasnt cool either, though his Sword was, at least the Runesword (Play the Game, you know which i mean)
Key Dude (Kingdom Hearts) - Already badly designed, Voice horrible, Companions a type of "omfg no" and a Key as a Weapon..a Key that cuts..blunt object can cut..wait someone else seeing something wrong with this?
Well and basicly a few others im too lazy to name now..
