haha just thought id say that since your the always the first person i see who brings that up on most threads.

Anyway, i have to say Peter Griffin his stupidity lacks the charm of Homer simpsons and can get down right annoying. He is completely held up by his supporting characters.

I did use the search button. Surprisingly, I did not find a thread about this (I found numerous ones about worst TV shows, but not TV show characters).

Also I agree that Peter is annoying, but Stewie is worse.

I think the main problem with him is that he's always swapping between two drastically different personalities. One moment he's a psychopathic dictator, the next he's a effeminate gay person.

The main guy from Prison Break... Whats his name again... Skofield? What a douche. He is so flat and boring, and he seems to know everything! It bugs the hell out of me.

Interestingly, I think that another character in Prison Break, T-Bag, is by far one of the best characters ever thought up! like, ever!

Anyways: Ash from Pokemon. This kid down-right sucks, he never evolves his Pokemon (Though if it were actually up to him and not the animators I bet he would) and he's an absolute retard. I remember hearing that he never meant to school because he spent his early childhood preparing to become a Pokemon trainer, but come on! At least a 5th grade education will do!

The only education he seems to have is that water conducts electricity.

Another interesting thing about Ash: He's a double zombie. He's re-undead. So far as I know, he has been killed at least twice and come back from it both times.

I don't really have any characters I hate, but I do hate TV executives for killing off all my favourites:

Spoiler: Lost

Pretty much half the cast, but most especially Faraday and Charlotte. They were my favourites there and I really hated it when they died...

Spoiler: Primeval

Nick Cutter. He was another favourite, and I was really pissed off too when Conner almost died last week. I mean, I'm glad he didn't, but they shouldn't have done that to us anyway!

Spoiler: Heroes

When they killed off Daphne I was so angry, she was my favourite of the new characters and they just got rid of her not once, but twice! They killed her, then brought her back just to kill her again! Also, Nathan Petrelli. I mean, fine, they brought him back by erasing Sylar's memories and using his shape shifting power to make him into the new Nathan, but although I agree it makes for a great TV show and a great storyline, Nathan shouldn't have died in the first place.

I know this isn't in the right vein as the thread, but I felt a need to rant. As I say, I don't have any main character hates, if I don't like a character I don't let it bother me and I just focus on characters I do like.

That said, off topic again here, but I saw the series finale of Heroes tonight. I thought it was going slightly downhill with Volumes 2 and 3 but Volume 4 brought it right back up again and this finale was the best one I've seen in the entire show, it even beat the earliest episodes back in season 1. Who agrees with me that Heroes has really gone back to it's former glory and even beyond that simply with these last few episodes?

I thought in a way it redeemed itself, but it kinda was dragging on a bit in my mind... Nothing really happened throughout the Volume, with about 4-5 episodes in a row being them saying "we will save everyone!" and not doing a bloody thing. The ending was good, but not amazing or anything.

This is true, theres nothing worse than inconsistant characterization, like in star wars where yoda is supposed to be all powerful but couldnt beat count Duku. Back to Stewie i wish they would focus on his evil plots and out right hatred like they did the first couple of seasons.

Nah, instead let's make at least one joke each episode to remind the viewer that Stewie is gay.

He had to fight Brock, but rock type Pokemon crush electric type Pokemon. So instead of finding a Pokemon to increase the diversity of his team and type trump Brock, he uses Pikachu again. Then he lucks out because the fire sprinklers go off and drench Onix in water, allowing Pikachu to kill it with thunder shock (which still makes no sense).

What's funny about that though is not that I'm looking back on the show and realizing how dumb it was.

When I was a kid, I found that to be stupid. I yelled at the TV show because I felt insulted by it. When even a child thinks something is dumb, that means you're doing it horribly wrong.
