Worst Videogame Villain

Villains can suck. Some are epic(Combine, Zerg, Sephiroth)but some make you question why they're considered villains in the first place.

Who do you think is the Worst Videogame Villain?

I nominate DDD.
EDIT: This could be because of motivation,battle,or power.

Lucien from Fable 2 is a pretty shitty villain.
You barely ever see him and the boss fight mad me die a little inside.
But the game was still awesome.

I would have to say Yu Yevon in FFX, but his tiny size might be clouding my judgement a little bit.

Ultimecia from FFVIII. Added too late. Unclear (or ridiculous) motivation. Stupid plotline. Stupid story. Stupid castle.

Lucien from Fable 2 is a pretty shitty villain.

My friend killed him before he had a chance to draw his weapon.

But i agree. You barely see him and there isn't alot of need i thought for me to care. The commandant was a bigger threat and the only thing i really wan't to do i shoot reaver in the face!

Sophia Lamb in Bioshock 2 was pretty weak sauce.
Most of the time she just felt like a nagging old crone spouting half-baked philosophies at you.
Though to be honest anyone would have a tough time following Andrew Ryan.

The villain from Red Faction: Guerrilla, he looks just like the other "bad guy" and he dies so quickly from rockets that he doesn't even finish his sentence.

Well Lucien was a Pathetic, Power-crazy, Old man. Who was only a mortal man after all.

But I must say I really enjoyed shooting him in the face when he was at his weakest. I like games where you get a great feeling of power because you become so over powered nothing can get in your way. Which is what I liked about Fable 2 and Borderlands (until you start the second playthrough which is exactly the same and pointless and you then killed by the smallest enemies again)

The Helghast from Killzone.

They dress in black, have glowing red eyes and there's something vaguely Nazi-like about them. That's all the motivation you'll get from the game. Well, except for one casually mentioned line during some mission that's basically "once the Helghast are defeated, we are going to loot this planet of all of it's resources". So, yes, they're evil because they're defending their home world.
