i read a post recently and it awarded +3 internetsto someone for a comment . i think some people earlier won the internet for much more impressive things. So has the rate of inflation gone up, and if so what is the exchange rate for internets?

is it a points system, and whose keeping track?
can i win some internets?

am i missing something?

It's a phrase used to express how great one person finds something that someone else said. Not much else to it.

Also, it's "Who is," not "whose."

Two Internets make up for the energy needs of an average household of a 70-year-old Dutch.

So there.

It's teh monetary value used online, for purchases of online goods, such as digital cookies.

The procedure is simple, you copy the cookie (which is worth 1 internets, which is why it's used so often, easy to calculate value) to your hard-drive, as many times as you wish to purchase it. Deduct that ammount of internets from the ammount of internets in your posssion.

If you cpoy cookies to your harddrive, without sufficient internets to pay, the cyber police will come after you with sanctions such as: spyware, viruses, out of nowhere crashes/BSODS, lag and nasty porn pop-ups.

+100internets

I don't know about you guys, but I keep track of and have a couple thousand internets (minus a hundred).

You use internets to pay for visiting sites such as these, when you run out of internets, you cannot enter certain sites. You can only get internets from other internet users, so make a lot of friends online! Also, some users use an alternate form of currency called 'interwebs'. This is almost the same, and most things that accept internets will accept interwebs. 100 internets is about equal to a stale sandwich, a shopped picture, and a pun.

Let's see what Uncyclopedia has to say on the topic:

Uncyclopedia's extremely trustworthy contributors wrote said:
An interesting development in recent years is the use of the Internets as a form of currency among its users. Due to the constant and spontaneous creation of new Internets through the steady-state theory, the currency is on a permanent inflation. This has led to some prominent scientists to worry when the Internets Bubble will burst, causing the bottom to fall out of the international rumor market. Currently, through a series of Nigerian financial scams and clever manipulation of temporal causation law, the overwhelming majority of the Internets there were, there are and there ever will be were, are and will be owned by Oscar Wilde.
So as you can see, the worth of your internets is steadily decreasing due to inflation - knowledge is power!

*Looks at comments for a typical Youtube video*

You know, maybe winning "an internet" isn't such a good thing.
