Would i get banned?

I may get Assassins creed 3 early today however it is before the NA and EU relase but it is a retail edition i got on amazon will i get banned if i play it on my xbox?. Also the same thing happened before i managed to get dishonored early 2 days before the EU release still from amazon however i played it on the 10/10/12 and i didnt get banned.
p.s my console isint modded or never has been

I don't think they usually ban gamers for receiving legit copies of the game early,

OP, you shouldn't get banned if you didn't crack your 360 and you got it off of Amazon legitimately.

I got my copy of Street Fighter x Tekken early when I preordered it and I knew someone who used to get his preorders early all the time. It was fine so I wouldn't worry about it.

Maybe just unplug your ethernet cable/wireless and play it offline to be safe? I doubt you would get banned though but you aren't really losing anything in playing it offline so why not.
