Hi all, I just got my new desktop today, and was wondering if it could run fallout 3 on medium to below average settings.

Processor: 2.7 Ghz AMD

4 gigs of RAM

ATI Radeon HD 3200 (512 Megs a second.)

YES! It totally will work, thank you guys!

I'm pretty sure that you can just google what is required for Fallout 3 and then compare it to your computer.

Would be a little faster than asking for it in a thread I think.

www.canirunit.com [http://cyri.systemrequirementslab.com/srtest/]

It gets updated for new games fairly regularly, just let it run the scan

Not on high settings or ultra.

Maybe on medium settings.

In benchmarks Oblivion performs pretty low, but thats on high settings. Fallout should be about the same.

That really helped me out.

Although I feel bad that most of the PC games I have don't even hit all the recommended specs (due to video card) and Fallout 3 was even worse. And just to make me feel really inadequate, I looked if I could run Crysis. I failed minimum specs miserably.
Don't feel bad man, until today I was running an e machine w/ 512 megs of ram, 1.4 ghz processor, and a Nvidia 6100.
