Would you change your name if you shared it with a porn star?

I met this older lady at work who has the same name as a porn star. I'm sure she never heard of her eponymous counterpart, but it got me wondering.

For the sake of discussion, lets say the star in question gets fairly recognizable in mainstream media, like Jeanna Jameson or Ron Jeremy.

no, i wouldn't change my name (because i don't think that my life would be bad, or something like that, if i shared a name with a porn star), but i don't know any porn stars, so i wouldn't even know if i shared a name with one

I share my name with a psycho path, a baseball player and 6 other murders (throught history) that dosen't bother me none. So i doubt a porn star name would either.

Well, there are a lot of normal sounding names that have some pretty weird nicknames.

Personally? Well, I'm so clueless, I'd prolly never find out, and just wonder why the sleazy guy is giggling at my having introduced myself.

I often used to change my name to a porn star-like name if I was out and about on friday nights. Cuts all the awkward tedious chatting part down, and ups the action. Also shows you have a sense of humour plus and that you like having sex with women. It's all win win.

If I were male and had the name "Mandingo" or "White Pony", I most certainly would. A). Because who in their right mind would name their child either? and B). Being outshone by that much would be intensely damaging to my self esteem.

As I'm not, and the majority of female porn stars have regular, or at least names that sound like names; nope, wouldn't change it.
