Also there's not a great deal of substance to this as it's essentially a vs thread which the mods don't generally like. Just saying...

no specific rules apply although if you're gonna pull a gun on him, he might pull one too

OT, I'd want to fight him. I'm a great tactician so I'd simply hit him with a military precision attack, using actual weaponry, rather than box him. Then I'd win anyway, and I'd have no need to fight him again the next year. Because he'd already be dead...
