Hmmm... not that bad. I'm not in the best of shape and don't own any sort of real weapons, but I think I'd know what I'd be doing if zombies ever showed up. I live in a rural area, I'm quite knowledge on what to do and what not to do with your average walking corpse, and I'm not into any sort of heroics (I'd leave someone pretty quickly if need be). Plus I don't think I'd need that much supplies to survive, just food, water, a weapon, a place to sleep, and a place to shit. Anything beyond that I could do without if I needed to.
