If you were done with Fallout 3 and I presented this to you, would you trade me for FarCry 2? I am sick of it and have heard/seen good things about Fallout. Maybe FarCry 2 and a few bucks? What would be your terms?

(This is hypothetical and I am not actually asking anyone to trade anything with me.)

Yes I would, I'm bored of Fallout 3 and Far Cry 2 sounds interesting.

I know you said hypothetical, but if trading, selling, or re-using any software is illegal as per the terms of the use of the software, then we (The Escapist and it's staff) will not allow such talk.

But since this is hypothetical and you are not trying to break any rules or conduct illegal business on our site... carry on! :)

FarCry 2. And a better game. And some cake. And Belgium.

Wow, i should have thought somebody would have gone there.

I would, but the again i don't own either. I am thinking of the story of the games at this point, i would rather be a guy who grew up in a room deep underground called a vault(either underground or they are the unluckiest bank robbers in the history of the world) then a Malaria or Aid patient fighting of terrorists.

Haha no I am not trying to break any rules or conduct illegal business on your site. Just trying to get a feel for some gamers' opinions on the idea.

Call me ignorant, but is it really illegal for two people bored with their $60 games to swap them? That seems both insane and greedy to my near-dry bank account. And I'm NOT going to Gamestop (shudder).

To me, FarCry 2 is what you get when you take the RPG elements out of Fallout 3. And I like RPGs so I would keep my Fallout.

I think it is but no one's gonna arrest you for something like that.

Hypotetically, yes. I dont like american RPGs too much, and I've kinda wanted to play FarCry 2 for a while. If I knew you personaly, I would give you Fallout 3 for free.

Hell, I would trade, what good is fallout after I have completed it. Wouldn't even demand any payment. I have not played Farcry 2 yet, I would always trade a game to a friend if I haven't played the game he is offering no matter their relative quality levels. This assumes though that Bethesda has announced no further DLC for Fallout as it is freaking fantastic.
