loved the game. came to a point in a story critical mission, and it locks up every time the conversation ends. selling it back to gamestop tomorrow, sad.. was enjoying myself. just got to wait for black ops

Fallout 3 was extremely buggy if you had the wrong hardware. You could be perfectly fine in terms of RAM and video cards, but it finds issue with an internet cookie and crashes. Vegas is no different. Why not get the console version used? You won't get any custom content, but it'll at least be stable.

How about reloading a save, clearing the 360 cache (which you can do, look it up, it helps), or making a new character? Isn't immediately deciding to sell the game a bit drastic?

Huh. My Gamestop must be affected by sun radiation or something. They have a policy in there where if you bring in a game that you bought less then seven days ago, with a receipt and in reasonably good condition, they'll give you 100% of your money back.saintchristopher said:

That's the policy at the one by my house. Though they're pretty lenient about swapping for a working copy, for the most part. Had it happen twice. Then again I know everyone who works there by now and they know that I'd never take advantage of that.SlainPwner666 said:

I haven't had major bugs yet, but I've had many minor ones. I've also run into one of the stupidest design decisions ever - if you load a gun with hollowpoint ammo, then switch weapons and switch back, the hollowpoint is automatically unloaded.

If its just like Fallout 3, then its gonna take some months, maybe more, before anything at all is fixed..
