This attitude puzzles me. Some of the best stuff is low/mid-level stuff. For example, VC, the very first instance on Alliance side (unless they've added an even lower one in the past few years) is pretty damn awesome. Horde side had some good low-level stuff too.
Hell, I didn't even like a lot of the end-game stuff.
Also from the sound of things, you don't enjoy lower level content. Obviously the game is just not for you.
Except the end game content is where all the development time/balancing goes. I wouldn't mind if the earlier stuff was actually worked on by Blizzard.

Ok? Why the hell post in a WoW thread then? All your doing is purposefully pissing off those who actually like the game. Which then derails the topic.
Because... I was asked if I'd actually play it once it's free and I answered honestly?

You have to realize that slowly upgrading your character IS fun for a ton of people. Doing it with friends is even more so. Call it a bandwagon if you want, I loved my time in the game and guess what? I quit when when I grew tired of it. When I say effort, I mean I can progress in a fraction of the time compared to most people It has nothing to do with difficulty, which was my point.
Well, firstly I never mentioned difficulty. I mentioned how time consuming/tedious it was. Secondly, I honestly don't think I'd want to meet such a person. Like when I found out my sister watches Grey's Anatomy. I told her she was way too young to be that boring.
