Yeah, no. I don't think this will turn out too well.

And anyone who plays a DPS warrior is NOT someone to anger, especially if you're about to die.

ARMS!!! ARMS!!! ARMS SINCE PRE-WRATH! NOT FURY!

What I think about what? If you want to know what I think about people who play WoW, then all I can tell you is that I think nothing about them since I don't play the game.

I pretty sure it labels ANYONE who plays a game consistantly rather then just one game.
I'm not sure what to say about the sterotype itself because I know noone who plays it.

I label them as people.
If they like playing it, let them play it. I think someone here told me they meet their wife/gf over WoW.

Most of my friends say that WoW is ruining my social life. My argument is that I have made more friends through WoW since I have gotten to college (about a year and a quarter) than the amount of friends I made throughout high school and junior high.

So HA!

XD. I know If I were to get a 360 (which I might at one point), my friend who just talk about coming to the best console ever.
the thing about my friends is they dont care some have both some have only one or the other (I am the only one with all 3 go me) and the honestly couldnt care less we share if an exclusive title comes out we hang out at a friends place and play it symbiosis?
I am just lucky that I have a few friends that are not very biased.

Actually, yes. But I don't give a rat's ass since most of those artards have no idea what the hell the game is. And they are normally, if not 100% of the time, the school-douches. They dress in Khaki Shorts, with Flip Flops and TapOut t-shirts (cookie for the reference) and are named Chad.

Sorry what? I couldn't hear you, your mouth must be full of the floor you're humping, Mr. Corpse Spec Warrior ;)

I quit WoW a few months back, but even when I played I didn't go around broadcasting the fact unless it was brought up. Since I'm a charming, friendly guy who is good in conversation, easy on the eyes and disarmingly modest, no one really thought to stereotype me about it.

The fact that a "1" slipped into your exclamation marks in the title kinda speaks for itself.

I quit WoW about 4 weeks ago *evil laugh*
Back to the question. Yes its freaking annoying just cause you play WoW people automatically think playing in the dark loser/nerd which frankly am not i have more friends in real life then in WoW and i do have a life freaking assholes.
Still it doesn't help that I 3 lvl 80's and the character i played the most is a lvl 80 Night elf druid chick healer....... -_-

I label them as "people with more money to spend than me" or "people who have a different hobby than me" Though I play guild wars and I tend to razz my guildies who play WoW about it, but that's less labeling and more about giving your friends a hard time. And I know in my guild there are 3-6 females who play (I've only met 2 personally, the rest are based on voice) I get so irritated when people tell me I'm a guy playing a girl. I don't really care if they think it, but getting in a group with someone, having them ask if I'm a girl or not, and then arguing with me when I tell them that I am... blarg *bites tongue before rant starts*

Most of my school falls under this category. Around the time I was talking with my science teacher about his WoW mains, and we were both yelling "FOR THE HORDE!" and having others in the class yell "FOR THE ALLIANCE!", I lost track of what it's like to be a WoW nerd in NORMAL life.

Gotta love going to a technical school and being able to distract teachers by talking about video games.

And dual wielding polearms is definately not compensating for anything ;)

The people I know who play WoW IRL are pretty cool/married/generally successful. So Yeah. [http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/main/SoYeah]
