Hey there!
I've been playing 40k Dark Heresy for a few months and just started getting into D&D, and I've started thinking about GMing a session. It'd be for Dark Heresy, but if I enjoy it I'd probably do a bit of D&D too when I get more familiar with it. So is there any advice anyone can give about either specifically writing a campaign for Dark Heresy, or just advice in general? The sessions usually last about 4-5 hours, and are of a difficulty where you can die, but the GM isn't actively making sure of it. And we don't take it too seriously.
Additional details if anyone fancies giving a little inspiration: Ordo hereticus acolytes of about lv4-5, but being 'requisitioned' by xenos has happened a couple of times before so it's not totally out of the question.
One idea I had was a joint operation between hereticus inquisitors, malleus grey knights and xenos deathwatch on a world where summoning a demon has awakened a necron tomb, but that's probably a few levels above us.
