A: First you need to go to before the beginning of time and outside of the infinity of space, both are of course restricted to those who weren't there before it all began.
Q: Do you see why it's quite impossible to get one, even if you had time travel and teleportation? (You would still be unable to go outside of time and space...)

A: Because an Improbability drive only works inside of space, it will take you through all points inside space at the same time, but not outside it...
