Poor Wanda, having Fox kill her as a child. Kind of want a movie with X-Men's Wanda...sorry, Nina, and MCU's Quicksilver, since they died cause of stupid rights ownership issues.
If I'm not mistaken, we saw Wanda in DoFP. As a baby.

I'm glad I wasn't the only one who thought it was more violent then the other films, or at least more noticeably so.

Also I though that was Anya from the comics not Wanda.

I mean either one doesn't really line up with the comics but whatever more tragic backstory for Magneto I guess.

Couldn't get past the 4 minutes mark. Dear lord, we get it, he wouldn't like a superhero movie if it's not stamped with the MCU seal of mediocraty.
...But, he mentions several non-MCU movies that he likes (Raimi Spider-Man, Burton Batman, Superman '78, Blade 1&2) and even gave positive reviews to the Dark Knight, Dark Knight Rises, First Class, Deadpool and sort of Days of Future Past (yeah, he took it back, but he did the same to the first two Iron Man movies so it's hardly MCU bias). Why is the MCU the first blame figure people go to when someone doesn't like a superhero movie?

Didn't know such a character existed honestly, but based on the powers, and that its likely part of some deal for Quicksilver to be in X-Men and Scarlet Witch to be in MCU, I'm guessing she is an amalgamation of the two, since Magda is supposed to be the twin's mother too. Plus again, Havok is the older sibling in this, so true to source isn't a guarantee by any stretch.

As for the violence, I was like "Is this rated R?". I'm fine with the violence, but it did stand out to me, particularly the Ancient Egypt scene and Weapon X scene.

there's huge plot hole in that movie. like:

-Apocalypse is the first mutant ever to exist. ok, fine. but how the hell he have gain that he ET like tech in ancien egypt ? it's not related with the fact that he's a mutant...

-at the end of days of future past, Striker found 1973 wolverine in the water and save him, but then his eyes turn yellow, implication that's it's actually Mystic that found him, but yet, no indication on how Wolverine pass from the fake Striker to the real Striker.

-how can an arrow with no tip on it (unless it was silex, but it doesnt looked like it) can pass two bodies.

and now, what you do after that movie ? half the world is destroyed, and they have face possibly the most powerfull mutant on earth, so what villain is worth of another movie ? why bring phoenix so quickly ?

plus the magneto is my father thing seems to be misused, why they didnt let maneto know that quicksilver is his son, and then he challenge apocalypse to save his son ? why kill magneto family by accident ? it would have been a much stronger event if they had cold bloodly killed his daugther...

so, it wasnt last stand bad, but it was not a very good movie.
