Xbox 360 Spec Recommendations

For those than own a 360, here's my deal. I'm looking to buy one in the next few weeks and I'm wondering what type of specs I actually need to play what I wan to play. I enjoy story modes, and would likely play online, but not religiously. I'm not the type of person who would download map packs or anything like that though. I'll be buying content heavy games like Mass Effect, New Vegas, and Bioshock.

Any advice?

I suggest getting the arcade edition, then buying a 60gb hard drive.

Hmm. not sure. I never really considered getting the 4gig or whatever (you looking to get a slim?). Not sure if I'll ever use all 250 gigs of mine, but I do like to install my games from the disc. I guess I'd prefer to have more space and not need it than the other way around. Then again, it's your money.
