Anyone have a complaint address for Xbox ?
My Xbox has failed displaying those red rings even though it was manufactured this year.
I have arranged a repair but this took three weeks and several emails.
I was told by a senior customer representative that Xbox does not have any to allow customers to make a formal complaint, I called him a liar.
John Green the senior customer services representative also told me that he is the only person employed to deal all complaints from any of the 30 million plus Xbox owners. At this point in the conversation I could not help myself from laughing.
I will send it to Microsoft to get fixed but I'm not fussed at the moment because it was a competition prize therefore I did not pay for it but I expect I will be buying Xbox games and services in the future and I would like to make sure my complaint is registered as well as having a means of redress if I encounter any big problems with Xbox services in the future.
