Click "Avatars" on the Xbox Live drop-down menu on the website. (You'll find it under, of course, Xbox Live on the silver bar. Can't miss it.)

See the bottom-right hand corner where that smooth pimp daddy in the polo is? That's your destination.
Simply click [Your GT's]Avatar.

Voila, you are now posting your avatars with the best of 'em.
