First off, im not sure this is in the right forum, so please tell me if it isnt
I have an Xbox 360 elite, to which i have connected and Ethernet pretty much directly int the router, but i am constantly plagued by extreme lag and disconnection issues, when i test Xbox live in the settings, it says i have a moderate-slow NAT status, i was wondering what exactly this meant and how i could remedy this.

EDIT: My internet is 20mbs down and 1.5 up
it is going from the xbox to the router using one of these
