Xbox Live?

Does Xbox live have a monthly fee, or is it only Xbox live gold? Sorry if this is a stupid question.

You can get a monthly Gold subscription for 6 euros, or it's 40 euros for a year. The yearly is the best deal if you can afford to pay it all at once. don't know what that price would be in Krone, sorry.

you can only play online and use the majority of Live features with Gold, but Gold is the only subscription service.

Gold has a monthly fee of 10 bucks or a few bucks cheaper if you pay up for a full year. Silver membership is free. You can't play multiplayer with silver or watch netflix or join parties. You can still download arcade games, demos, add-ons, buy/rent stuff on zune and have one on one chats with people.

I'm sorry, a few bucks cheaper? IT'S HALF THE PRICE. Buy a year, hell, buy two. Just don't whine about having to pay for it. -_-

My yearly Xbox Live membership set me back £30, I dunno what that converts to in dollars ~$40? Of course, if you only pay a month at a time it'll be more expensive. As it is, yearly membership works out at the price of a pint per month.

You didn't. The guy was just making sure you don't complain about paying for it in future.

It's £35 for a year in the UK and £5 a month, so yeah it is usually half the price for buying it for a year.
