Have you guys heard about this? Apparently there's a rumor that the Xbox One's playable demos shown at E3 were all actually being run on a PC with a Titan graphic card. There any truth in this?

While the exact build of the PC is unknown to me or if this was the case for all Demos, last I checked, there wasn't any button on the Xbone remote that looks remotely[footnote]Yay! Puns![/footnote] like that.
So yeah.

Yeah, we know. There have been a few threads on it now.

Although in all honesty, it does just seem to be people using it as another stick to beat MS with. A lot of stuff at E3 is run on PC, but people are just making a fuss now.

What should be more surprising (although of course provides less opportunity for people to complain), is that stuff like Infamous: Second Son were apparently running on PS4 dev kits at the event.

EDIT: From one of the guys at Sucker Punch, developers of Infamous and its' sequels, inclduing Second Son.

It was a GTX 680. All E3 games demo on PC with high end cards. E3 is less about sneak peaks and more about marketing.

Hell, I highly doubt the PS4 games were on the PS4 either.
Actually, some PS4 games were running on PS4 dev kits instead of high-end PCs. [http://www.cinemablend.com/games/PS4-Games-E3-Ran-PS4-Dev-Hardware-High-End-PCs-56752.html]

It might be true, however it could also be the case that the game was done with bare bones ports on the xbox one. BF4 (like dark souls 2) is one of those games that starts out as a PC game and then gets ported to other systems. Unfortunatly there seems to be no way to prove whether these were PCs or poorly done ports running on Xbox's
