"provide clear notifications and meaningful privacy choices for how data will be used, stored, and shared, "

Actually, douches at MS, how about not storing and sharing stuff you spy in my living room?
Heartrate, what you do, what you say, when you are home, who you meet etc...

This is INSANE to share or store!!!
Evil soulless company that you are, I'm sure that it will all be *ON* by default, so 95% will not find/notice/bother to turn it off.

I was a fan of XBOX 1 and 2, but now you can stick your TV box where it belongs. Which is not in my house, nor any of my friends' houses. Yay PS4, it only has a somewhat useless share function for what goes on INSIDE of it!

I'm actually starting to be more okay with the Xbox One once my big questions (and concerns) were answered

which is weird cuz I know it's not popular to think that but eh had a good weekend

This is rather ironic (not by its denotation) because the Xbox One has effectually turned ME off... of anything Microsoft has to offer. I've never liked their policies or their complete lack of customer service. And GOOD GOD, has anyone tried to navigate their mess of a website??? Now they make a device that's not for me. I say, "But Microsoft, we're not interested in that. You're kinda forgetting your existing customers." They say, "Deal with it, this is the future, man!" I reply with, "But I don't want this. Okay, I won't buy it." Microsoft replies with, "Nah, this is what you want, bro! We're cool and fly and mad fresh, dawg! Whole Life Integration! Social and Video chat! Xbox One takes all the stuff from your life and makes it pop with sizzle and zazz! Now all of your friends can be in your livingroom all the time! And it's got a robot to watch you sleep!" I shake my head and go, "I can't even use your Robot; my living space is too small. And I play Videogames to get away from all my friends. They bug the crap out of me."

Then Microsoft just shouts "THIS CONVERSATION CAN NOT BE CONTINUED, AN INTERNET CONNECTION CAN NOT BE FOUND!" and they shut down until cable repairs its shitty coverage in this area for the second time this month.

I still don't see why Kinect support will be mandatory. It's going to lead to shitty shoe-horning ala the dark days of obligatory waggle and the bad touch-pad support on the PS Vita/ the sixaxis tilt. Microsoft is going to add 'kinect enhancement' to all it's games from now on isn't it -_- Having to wave my controller a few times in a game about isn't an enhancement. it's needless bullshit. If the Kinect actually did something to enhance a game then it's worthwhile. But in the vast majority of games it won't.
Exactly. I want the Kinect to stay the Hell out of my normal games.

Kinect (and this generation's iteration of motion control in general) is only really good for party-games.
Agreed. The Kinect has a purpose (Fruit Ninja for the Kinect is basically all I ever wanted in life). It just shouldn't be forced into everything else.
